It is really okay to not be okay.

As women, we are expected to go through childbirth like we were made to do it. We are expected to bounce back right away and start our new life easily. However, this is not always the case. Postpartum is not a topic that is discussed easily or often. But it is a topic that is very very real.

I am now five months postpartum. My postpartum is not as bad as last month but I have my days maybe even weeks where I do not feel “okay”.

Coffee is my go to drink and I love it in every form.I have been drinking coffee regularly since I was sixteen.
