Coffee is my go to drink and I love it in every form.I have been drinking coffee regularly since I was sixteen. I am slowly reducing the amount of sugar and cream I put in it (even tho I love sweet coffee). Black coffee is the healthiest way to drink it. Drinking coffee has health benefits and here are three reasons you should continue to brew it up:

So everyone looking to burn a few extra calories grab a cup of coffee! Preferably a cup of black coffee. Skip the extra sugar and cream when you are looking for the healthiest way to drink your coffee.

According to nca.com in this article, “Coffee’s positive impact on mental health may be related to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, as well as to caffeine’s ability to block receptors in people’s brains from binding with a chemical that causes fatigue and depressed mood.”

With COVID-19 continuing and the uncertainty that this pandemic brings, grab an extra cup of joe and feel help your mind stay happy.

With your love of coffee strong, make sure you drink your coffee strong. These are three reasons why to continue drinking coffee each and every day. Coffee without the extras of cream and sugar will give you the best results of the reasons above.
